The user of public parking is obliged to pay parking ticket within the time limit of 10 minutes of parking the vehicle.Parking tickets not paid my mobile banking must be displayed in a visible place under the windshield,to be able to check its validity.

Reserved parking places are approved by City of Dubrovnik Department for traffic at user's request for a period of 6 months. After obtaining the decision of Department for traffic,housing construction and project development the user signs reserved parking space lease contract with Sanitat d.o.o.,and the parking space is marked at the user's expense. 

Reserved parking spaces can be approved to the following users:

 -National authorities as well as to legal persons important for Republic of Croatia and City of Dubrovnik 

-To other legal persons in front or in the immediate vicinity of the business space(office). Prices are determined by the City Council.

According to Decision on collection of due and unpaid claims, all debts greater than 500kn are possible to be paid by instalments ,in agreement with Sanitat and with acceptable guarantee.

 Debt rescheduling is approved at the debtor's request according to the amount of the debt.

If the debtor pays his unpaid claims at once or according to debt rescheduling,the management may approve the deduction of interest up to 100%.

An agreement about paying off your debt by instalments is possible until the enforcement becomes valid.If you have filed an objection to the received proposal for enforcement with the notary public, an agreement is no longer possible, as the case will be decided by the competent court.

The car owner or car user pays 50% of vehicle relocation fees due to the special towing vehicle arrival costs when the towing vehicle arrives to the violation location,and when the police or Dubrovnik city traffic police have already issued an order to relocate the vehicle, and until the towing leaves violation location.After the special towing vehicle leaves violation location with lifted vehicle, the fee for relocating the vehicle is 66,36 euros. 

Besides towing costs one the fine for the comitted violation also must be paid to the issuer of the vehicle removal order.( the police or Dubrovnik City traffic police)

The owner or a user of the vehicle bears the costs of relocating or the arrival of a special towing vehicle in accordance with the Road Traffic Safety Act (Official Gazzete 67/08, Article 86, Paragraph 1). In case that the person who took over the vehicle does not pay the moving costs, subsequent claims are transferred exclusively to the owner of the vehicle, or,in the case of leasing, to the user of the vehicle, according to data from the records of the Ministry of Interior.

In case you have sold your your vehicle you are required to deregister your car with the MUP.(Road Traffic Safety Act,Official Gazzete67/08,article 250.) 

By deregistering your vehicle you will avoid misdemeanor and special towing vehicle costs, because regardless of purchase contract you are the vehicler's owner until you deregister it and as such you are responsible for all violations done by that vehicle.
